This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter – “Privacy Policy”) represents the rules, terms and principles of processing by Coffee Investigator (hereinafter -Coffee Investigator).
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Data processed by the Operator and applies exclusively to the Website. The Operator is not responsible for information posted on third party websites, which the User can access via links available on the Site. The Operator does not verify the authenticity of Personal Data.

The Operator collects and processes Personal Data in order to:

- conformity of the scope and nature of the Personal Data processed, methods of Personal Data processing to the purposes of Personal Data processing;
- inadmissibility of combining databases containing Personal Data created for incompatible purposes.
The User’s consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the processing of his/her Personal Data shall be deemed to have been obtained by the Operator from the moment the User fills in all fields of a particular feedback form, ticks the checkbox located inside this form to indicate the User’s consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data, and takes appropriate actions to send this information to the Operator.
TRANSFER OF USER’S PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Confidentiality is guaranteed with regard to Personal Data, except for cases when Users voluntarily provide information to an unlimited number of persons for general access.
